We had such a memorable stay at La Casa Di Chicca! The location of the apartment was perfect, right in the heart of the city. The host, Alberto, was incredibly thoughtful and provided all the amenities we needed, including milk, water. The apartment itself was clean, well-equipped, and had a fantastic bathroom with plenty of hot water. We also appreciated Alberto's attention to detail, like providing a proper hairdryer. The decor in the flat was beautiful and added to the overall experience. Despite there being no lift and the apartment being on the 4th floor, the effort to climb the stairs was worth it. The location allowed us to easily explore the sights of Como. Additionally, the hosts were very understanding and helpful. we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend La Casa Di Chicca to anyone visiting Como.

I felt like I was on top of the world with those amazing mountain views from the balcony. And the Basilica of San Fedele was just a hop, skip, and a stumble away. So convenient!

Who needs an airport nearby? I prefer to arrive by horse and carriage, much more sophisticated.

I felt like I could touch the clouds from the balcony with those mountain views. The airport was conveniently close, so I could escape quickly. I practically tripped over the Basilica of San Fedele, it was so closeby.

I just love being woken up by the beautiful sound of church bells in the morning. So soothing.

We got great value for our money at La Casa Di Chicca. The room was fantastic and the kitchen was really well organized. The location was excellent, with shops and cafes all around. The staff, especially Alberto and his parents, were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home.

The breakfast offerings could be improved slightly, perhaps by adding more variety to the options available.

We stayed at Alberto's apartment in the heart of Como for two nights. The location was excellent, surrounded by charming shops and cafes. The apartment itself was spotless and well-equipped, with thoughtful touches like milk and water in the fridge. The bathroom and shower were excellent, with plenty of hot water. Alberto was a fantastic host who went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay.

Separate rooms , well-organized kitchen with handy amenities, generous breakfast provisions, clean and cozy atmosphere, peaceful and quiet surroundings. Can't wait to return next year! The apartment at La Casa Di Chicca was simply amazing! The room had a cozy, rustic charm that instantly made me feel right at home.

Personally, I found the bidet in the bathroom unnecessary. It took up space and I didn't use it at all.

I had an amazing stay at this apartment in the heart of the old town. It was impeccably clean and the location couldn't have been better. the free continental breakfast was a lovely touch. Alberto's father welcomed us warmly, despite the language barrier, and even carried our bags upstairs. the apartment was incredibly comfortable and quiet at night. We enjoyed dinner on the balcony with a view of the courtyard. I highly recommend La Casa Di Chicca for a wonderful stay in Como. Cons: No issues at all. 👍.

The hotel is perfectly located in the center of town, making it convenient for exploring the surrounding areas. It is also near the lake, providing beautiful views. There was a temporary issue with the electricity, resulting in a lack of hot water for showering.

Be aware that there are a lot of stairs to climb as the apartment is on the 4th floor. , parking is available but it is about a 10-minute walk from the apartment.
